Identity & Vision

Engineer by profession.
Founder and global strategist by execution.

Building sovereign AI infrastructures, strengthening governance systems, and empowering people-centric economies for Vision 2050 and beyond.

Profile

From engineering precision to global execution

Anubhav Sachar is an engineer by profession and the founder of World Accelerator and Global Development 50 — ventures designed to accelerate nations, enterprises and citizens into the digital future.

The engineering background is not incidental to the work. It sets the standard applied to every framework: a system is only real once it operates under load, in the conditions it will actually face, maintained by the people who will actually maintain it.

That standard is what carries across into governance work. Institutional design, on this view, is engineering conducted on a longer timescale and with far less forgiving feedback.

Dual Execution Model

Technology plus governance

Two ventures, deliberately separated so that each can be run properly, and deliberately linked so that neither drifts from the other. Digital sovereignty on one side; democratic resilience on the other.

Venture 01 — Technology

The Journey

Engineer → Founder → Global Strategist

Each stage changed the unit of work — from systems, to ventures, to the institutions that make ventures durable. The through-line has not moved: build things that serve people at scale, and design them to outlast their builders.

Foundation

Engineering practice

A grounding in systems thinking — constraints, tolerances, and the discipline of making something work under real load rather than in a demonstration.

Expansion

Founding World Accelerator

Four suites built to move nations and enterprises from digital ambition to deployed capability: Digital Earth, Enterprise, Consumer and Innovation.

Complement

Founding Global Development 50

The governance half of the model — six programmes spanning digital and AI, economy and policy, social inclusion, democracy, governance systems and institutional frameworks.

Horizon

Vision 2050 and beyond

Sovereign AI infrastructure and resilient institutions, engaged across more than twenty nations and four U.S. states.
